1. Overview

NumberDex is an offline casual game built around number merging, collectible number cards, and bite-sized number knowledge. The current version is designed around local-first use and minimal data handling.

2. Personal Data Collection

The current version does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal data. NumberDex does not require an account, does not include advertising, does not use third-party analytics, and does not send gameplay data to a server.

3. Information Stored Locally

To keep the app working, NumberDex stores gameplay progress, challenge state, NumberDex collection state, onboarding state, sound, voice, and haptic preferences locally on your device. This information is not sent to us or to any third party. You can remove the local data by deleting the app.

4. Audio, Voice, and Visual Assets

NumberDex includes bundled sound effects, voice phrases, and number card artwork. Playback and display happen on device and do not require uploading content.

5. Network and Third-Party Services

The current version can be used offline. The app does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking. If future versions add cloud content, accounts, leaderboards, or sync, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before those features are released.

6. Children

NumberDex is intended for general casual play and learning. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children should use the app with guidance from a parent or guardian when appropriate.

7. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or review requirement changes. The updated version will be posted on the official privacy policy page.
